Today the kids all had their last day of school this year. Jaci and Tyler were so excited about having their first Christmas party. It was so cute to see how they reacted when I picked them up. Jackson had a sing along at his school this morning. It was really cute! They sang carols that we didn't sing in Lockhart's schools. The principal proudly announced that everyone there knew the true reason for the season and that there would be no carols if it hadn't been for Christ's birth. It was so nice to see all of these children singing the songs that I grew up singing in school.
After they were released we had to go to Abilene for a doctor's appointment and to pick up some lights.
It was a quick trip because we needed to get home and clean some things up out at the new house.
We will celebrate our Christmas at home tomorrow because the rest of the week gets a bit crazy. The kids are so excited.
