Today we took a spontaneous trip West to go visit the Tucker family at their ranch.

I wasn't feeling great today but jumped at the opportunity to get out of the house.  Jacob was the same way!

We all had a great time visiting and just being out of the house and around friends.

The kids had a blast riding 4 wheelers with the Tucker girls and playing in their fort.

They were so sad to leave and talked about what a great time they had all the way home.

Is is so nice that they get along so well and played so well together!

They are already begging to go back again soon.

Sometimes it is the days that aren't totally planned out and packed full of activities that are the best.

We drove a hour and 45 minutes.  Stayed for 5 hours and turned around and drove an hour and 45 minutes back home and it was totally worth it!

It was just what we all needed!
